Publishing Notice of Your New LLC or Corporation in Arizona

• You must publish a copy of your Articles of Incorporation in a newspaper of general circulation in the county of the known place of business in Arizona, for three (3) consecutive publications.
• You have 60 days from the date your articles were approved to publish such notice. Do not publish until documents have been approved.
• The newspaper will send you an affidavit of publication once the articles have run for three weeks.
• File Affidavit of Publication with the Arizona Corporation Commission by sending it to: Arizona Corporation Commission, 1300 W. Washington, 1st Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85007
