Post-Incorporation State Followup Services & Digital Articles Management

This service is comprised of two components:

• For one year after incorporation we will provide follow-up assistance with the Secretary of State.
• A digital copy of your original articles of incorporation and certificate of incorporation will be available to you for five years. If you ever need a copy, you won't have to go through the time and expense of ordering it from the state.
